Meals at Birtley House are cooked in-house by our team of chefs led by Head of Kitchen, Kerry Nash. Kerry ensures that the weekly menu makes the best use of fresh, seasonal produce - provided from the Birtley Estate wherever possible.
Our residents, like the rest of the population, have varying likes and dislikes and menus take these into account, as far as possible. Food allergies and intolerances are catererd for. View a sample menu
