How are the fees paid and are there any extras?

Fees for long term residents are payable monthly in advance, preferably by direct debit. Accounts for short-term/respite residents are payable weekly in advance. All sundry items e.g. newspapers, toiletries, hairdressing are charged for monthly in arrears.
