West Wing apartments
Our 12 Close-care apartments (West Wing) are designed to offer the flexibility and independence of Birtley Mews but benefit additionally from access to 24hr nursing care when required. Each apartment is unique in design and layout but all are finished to equally high standards and offer glorious views over the surrounding countryside.
Costs and fees
A licence to occupy a West Wing apartment costs from £250,000 to £425,000 according to size and position within Birtley House, such amount being fully refundable after the individual leaves and the apartment is resold.
The monthly fees for each apartments depend on the personal dependency level and include all meals, cleaning, laundry, ironing, varied activities programme and access to 24hr nursing care.
