Nursing Home Rooms
Birtley House has 32 nursing home rooms of which 29 have en-suite facilities.
Each room is unique in character and most have wonderful views over the glorious grounds. There are four categories of room. All have flat screen TVs and telephones. Internet access is available from a few of the rooms and is also available in the Activities Room.
The cost per room depends on the room category and the personal dependency level of the resident. Charges are fully inclusive of 24-hour qualified nursing care and GP cover, full board, personal laundry and the activities and entertainment programme.

- ** Not all 3* rooms are suitable for a hoist (required for high and high+ dependency)
- Double occupancy: Second person pays 25% of the room rate plus their personal dependency level
